PLATFORM OF GOVERNANCE

As we look forward to a brighter future for Cotabato City, we are committed to uplifting every sector of our society. Through our governance platform, we strive to ensure that no one is left behind, particularly our women, Persons with Disabilities (PWDs), and senior citizens. Our initiatives—AbanteBabae, BIZ-ability, and the Unconditional Cash Transfer (UCT) Program—are tailored to empower these sectors, addressing their unique needs and helping them thrive.

These projects will bring tangible, lasting change to the people of Cotabato City. We believe in the strength of our women, the resilience of our PWDs, and the dignity of our senior citizens. Together, we will make sure that #ABUtKamay ang lahat ng serbisyong gobyerno —our actions will solve real problems and create opportunities for every Cotabateño.

The AbanteBabae initiative aims to empower women in Cotabato City by providing access to livelihood opportunities, financial literacy training, and leadership development. This program focuses on economically marginalized women, especially single mothers, women from low-income households, and those from underserved barangays.

The BIZ-ability program aims to empower PWDs in Cotabato City by providing business opportunities and inclusive support for entrepreneurship. The program will equip PWDs with business management training, seed capital, and accessible facilities to help them become active participants in the local economy.
